Mobile (Online, On Tour, Mobile Direct)

Part of the challenge of launching a mobile program is not having a mobile list or having your list held hostage by your record label because they have the technology partners in place. This is why we started building the mobile platform for artists to build their own mobile relationships with their fans. We believe in keeping it simple for the fans when running a mobile campaign that many times gets too complicated for anyone to understand.

The basics: 1. Build the list online and at the event 2. Engage the list with real offers and not spam 3. Reward the fans that elect to be a part of your community.

Online Campaigns
Many of the successful mobile campaigns start online and move to the mobile device. The artists website, social media sites (Facebook, MySpace, Twitter) are typically the largest drivers of community and fan opportunities with the mobile device. We embrace a methodology of proven practices that entice the fan to want to give their mobile number and receive actual value back from the artist, like show dates in their area code and not an update about a show that is in France when they live in New York.

At Venue Campaigns
We have run programs that includes scavenger hunts on the tour for a “golden key” that gives the fan access to a VIP experience and ticket upgrades at the event. Other popular program we run like txt to screen, contests, polls and fan driven encores are all apart of building and maintaining a “value based” mobile list. It is very important to utilize the artists tour to activate and reward the fans that have joined the community with exclusives and opportunities.

Mobile Direct
Blackberry, iPhone, and Android are making major moves into owning the mobile space with unparalleled technology for fan opportunities and entertainment. We have embraced these devices and software and are one of the first companies to launch an artist Blackberry app and live concert recording products that are tied to these devices.
